NewBrooklyn acted as advisors to the Union of District Water Boards for the 2009 Water Board Day.

After several meetings it was agreed NewBrooklyn’s key task would be to monitor the progress of the organisation and alert the organisers’ to bottle-necks and difficulties in good time. NewBrooklyn inventoried the consequences and made them clear to the client by drawing up a planning schedule, a scenario and the budget.

During the Water Board Day itself NewBrooklyn was responsible steering the overall organisation.

NewBrooklyn’s most important responsibility as Advisor/Director is to ensure that the client does not forget anything and makes decisions and/or takes action in good time.
