Brainstorming and back office

The congress organisation world is full of one man/woman businesses. Most of the owners of these businesses have, in the past, worked for larger PCOs or company congress departments. One man/woman businesses can organise an excellent congress, but are often not equipped to also deal with the registration and abstract handling. This is why NewBrooklyn has cooperation agreements with a select number of independent event organisers.

If required NewBrooklyn takes care of the registration and abstract handling and acts as the back office. This allows these small bureaus to concentrate on the organisation and provides their clients with the guarantee that the progress of a project will not be jeopardised, even in the unfortunate event of the Project Leader falling ill or being otherwise indisposed.

NewBrooklyn also acts as ‘rear guard’ and think-tank for the Project Leader. Every detail of the set-up and planning of a project is talked through, which means NewBrooklyn is always aware of the key decisions and deadlines.
