Phase 1 – the basis
- Inventory the information required from the membership administration and specify, in consultation with the client, a number of parameters.
- Open a membership bank account
- Set-up on-line payment; credit cards, PayPal and iDEAL.
- Open a dedicated membership telephone line.
- Design the on-line form.
- Set-up the membership information for the congress website.
Example - the ESCCA website - Specify the composition and timing of the reports to the client.
- Specify all correspondence, including invoices, to be sent to members
Phase 2 – the execution
- Set up the membership application form and correspondence
- Membership applications processing
- Consultation with and reporting to the Board of the Association
- Annual evaluation and financial reports to the Board of the Association
