Phase 1 – the basis
- Inventory the information required from the participant registration.
- Draw–up a registration schedule/planning based on the above points.
- Open a congress registration bank account
- Set up on-line payments; credit cards, PayPal and iDEAL.
- Open a dedicated congress registration telephone line.
- Design the on-line registration form based on the information required. The range of options varies from one, general, on-line registration form to dedicated forms for specific target groups, so-called external log-ins.
- Set-up the registration information for both the preliminary programme and the congress website.
- Specify the composition and timing of the reports we will send to the client.
- Specify all correspondence to be sent to participants before, during and after the event.
