Participant registration

Phase 1 – the basis

  1. Inventory the information required from the participant registration.
  2. Draw–up a registration schedule/planning based on the above points.
  3. Open a congress registration bank account
  4. Set up on-line payments; credit cards, PayPal and iDEAL.
  5. Open a dedicated congress registration telephone line.
  6. Design the on-line registration form based on the information required. The range of options varies from one, general, on-line registration form to dedicated forms for specific target groups, so-called external log-ins.
  7. Set-up the registration information for both the preliminary programme and the congress website.
  8. Specify the composition and timing of the reports we will send to the client.
  9. Specify all correspondence to be sent to participants before, during and after the event.
